Who we are
These extensions are published by CRM Pros LLC under the MichaelReimer.AI brand. Michael Reimer is the Founder of CRM Pros. This policy covers every Chrome extension we publish in the Chrome Web Store. Each extension has its own listing that describes what it does and which pages it works on.
What our extensions access
An extension only works with the pages and data it needs for its single purpose. That may include the content of a web page you open and use it on, such as business listings you choose to capture, and public pages of websites the extension is asked to read. It may also include settings you type in, such as a name, a tag, or an API token for a service you connect. The store listing for each extension names the pages and permissions it uses and explains why.
Where your information is stored
Settings, tokens, captured results and progress are stored in your own browser using Chrome extension storage. They stay on your computer. Removing the extension from Chrome removes this stored information.
Where your information is sent
An extension sends information to another service only when you connect that service and ask the extension to send it. For example, a lead capture extension sends leads to your own HighLevel account when you click the send button, using the token and Location ID you entered. Extensions may also fetch public web pages directly from your browser to do their job. Unless an extension's listing says otherwise, no information is sent to CRM Pros or to any server we operate. If an extension ever needs to send information to a server we operate, its store listing and this page will say so before that version is released.
What we do not do
We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, outside of the approved uses that the Chrome Web Store allows. We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the single purpose of the extension. We do not use or transfer user data to decide creditworthiness or for lending. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics tools inside our extensions. We do not load or run remote code.
Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs and browser features adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your control
You choose when to run an extension and when to send results anywhere. You can clear results inside the extension, remove saved settings, or remove the extension from Chrome at any time. Tokens and keys you enter can be revoked in the service that issued them.
Your responsibility
Some extensions collect publicly listed business contact details. You are responsible for using that information in line with the laws that apply to you, including email, texting and calling rules, and the terms of the services you use.
Children
Our extensions are built for business use and are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we post the new version at this address with a new date.
